Resume building, interview preparation, job search support, and soft-skills coaching to help you thrive in the workplace.

Education & Training

Support enrolling in high school completion, college, trades, or alternative education pathways.

Health & Wellness

Access to mental health care, health navigation, and wellness resources that prioritize your emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.

Legal & Financial Support

Help understanding legal rights, accessing identification, and connecting with income supports like OW or ODSP.

Individualized Transition Planning

No two journeys are the same. TEENacity works with you to create a Personal Transition Plan that includes timelines, goals, and actions tailored to your needs and voice. You lead the way—we’re here to back you up.

Peer Mentorship & Advocacy

Sometimes, the best advice comes from someone who’s been there. Our peer mentors provide one-on-one support, encouragement, and insight. We also support youth self-advocacy and connection to local youth leadership opportunities.
