TEENacity is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to grow. Our youth living program provides 24/7 staffed, trauma-informed care for youth. We serve neurotypical youth to those living with complex special needs, in a safe and inclusive home environment that centres their voice, strengths, and aspirations.

Who We Serve:

Youth aged 13–17

R

Youth with trauma backgrounds, mental health needs, at risk for human trafficking, substance use disorder, eating disorders and other backgrounds

R

Individuals with complex special needs. Those requiring high staff ratios, flexible supports, or specialized care

Our Program Model:

TEENacity uses a person-centred model that prioritizes:

Stability and consistency in a supportive, home-like setting

Plans of Care developed with youth input

Collaborative relationships with family, agencies, and community partners

Inclusive practices that honour identity, culture, and ability

Adherence to Child, Youth and Family Services Act and Quality Standards Framework. Currently licensing.

Our homes are staffed 24/7, with care levels ranging from individual 24-hour support to shared 20-hour coverage to semi-independent shared spaces. Youth are active participants in their daily routine, life skills growth, and personal goal setting.
